Iceberg of Trust

Trust – be it for products, organizations, government, or people – is soft; yet it’s presence or absence can be distinctly felt….

When we trust an organization, we buy more product or services from it and recommend it to others.

When we trust something or someone, we tend to engage and bond more with them. As leaders, we assign critical roles or assignments to people whom we trust.

Trust or lack of it is visible in many ways. The observable behaviors are just the tip of the iceberg. It is driven by our past experiences and beliefs formed over years.

Like any other aspect, if we wish to build Trust, it’s critical to first look at the Beliefs and Experiences. Only then can we expect lasting changes in behaviors.
